REFUND POLICY

Overview

At RKIT Labs, we strive to provide high-quality IT training and support services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested.

1. Online Training Courses

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Eligibility: First-time students enrolling in self-paced courses

  • Timeframe: Request refund within 7 days of purchase

  • Conditions:

    • Less than 30% of course content has been accessed

    • No certificates have been issued

    • No previous refunds have been granted to the student

Live Training Courses

  • Before Course Starts: Full refund if requested at least 48 hours before the first session

  • After Course Starts: No refunds once the first live session has begun

  • Cancellation by RKIT Labs: Full refund if we cancel the course

Course Bundles and Programs

  • Refund eligibility is based on individual course policies

  • Partially completed bundles may receive pro-rated refunds at our discretion

2. Job Support Services

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime; no refund for current month

  • Unused Services: No refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle

  • Free Trial: Cancel during trial period for no charge

Hourly/Session-Based Support

  • Before Session: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance

  • No-Show: No refund if you miss a scheduled session without notice

  • After Session: No refunds after the session has been conducted

3. Interview Preparation Services

Mock Interview Packages

  • Before First Session: Full refund if requested before the first mock interview

  • After Sessions Begin: Pro-rated refund for unused sessions (minus 20% administrative fee)

  • Rescheduling: Free rescheduling with 24-hour notice

Interview Coaching Programs

  • Within 3 Days: Full refund if less than 25% of coaching sessions completed

  • After 3 Days: No refunds, but sessions can be rescheduled

4. Corporate Training Programs

Custom Programs

  • Before Start: 50% refund if cancelled more than 7 days before start date

  • Less Than 7 Days: 25% refund if cancelled 2-7 days before start date

  • Within 48 Hours: No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of start

  • After Program Begins: No refunds; remaining sessions can be rescheduled

Standard Corporate Packages

  • Refunds follow the same policy as live training courses

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Certification Exam Fees: Third-party exam fees are non-refundable

  • Study Materials: Downloaded or accessed digital materials

  • Completed Services: Any fully delivered service or completed course

  • Promotional Discounts: Courses purchased with special promotional pricing

  • Renewal Fees: Subscription renewals are non-refundable

  • Administrative Fees: Processing and administrative fees

6. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email rkitlabs@gmail.com with:

    • Your name and account email

    • Order number or invoice number

    • Reason for refund request

    • Date of purchase

  2. Or call +1-508-222-8929 during business hours

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • It may take additional time for your financial institution to process

Partial Refunds

We may offer partial refunds in cases such as:

  • Service quality issues (evaluated case-by-case)

  • Technical problems preventing access

  • Pro-rated refunds for unused portions

7. Course Transfers and Credits

Course Transfers

  • Transfer to another course of equal or lesser value (one-time only)

  • Transfer fee may apply

  • Must request within the refund eligibility period

Account Credits

  • In lieu of refund, we may offer account credits

  • Credits valid for 12 months from issue date

  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

8. Service Quality Issues

Technical Problems

  • If technical issues prevent access, we will:

    • Extend access period at no charge, OR

    • Provide full refund if issue cannot be resolved

Instructor Issues

  • If an instructor is unavailable, we will:

    • Provide a qualified replacement instructor, OR

    • Offer full refund if replacement is unacceptable

Content Issues

  • If course content significantly differs from description:

    • Full refund within 14 days of discovery

    • Must provide documentation of the discrepancy

9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We may provide refunds outside of this policy for:

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)

  • Military deployment (with official orders)

  • Extenuating circumstances (evaluated individually)

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Contact us before initiating a chargeback

  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension

  • We will provide documentation to dispute fraudulent chargebacks

  • Chargeback fees may be charged to your account

11. Changes to Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this policy

  • Changes will be posted with an updated date

  • Your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes

  • Purchases made before changes are subject to the policy at time of purchase
